Delete Your Account

About this page

This page explains how to delete your MINTD account and what happens to your data when you do.

MINTD is developed and operated by MMCollective. The app is published as MINTD on the App Store and Google Play.

Delete your account from inside the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

  1. 1Open MINTD and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. 2Go to the Profile tab.
  3. 3Open Settings.
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm when asked. Your account and data are removed straight away.

Delete your account by email

If you cannot access the app, send a request from the email address registered to your account to info@getmintd.app, with "Delete my account" as the subject.

We use the sending address to confirm the request belongs to you. If we cannot verify ownership we will ask for confirmation before deleting anything. Requests are handled within 30 days and in practice much sooner.

Deletion is immediate and permanent

There is no waiting period, no deactivated state and no recovery window. Once the deletion runs, the data is gone and we cannot restore it, including from backups on request. If you want a copy of your collection, export it from the app before you delete your account.

What is deleted

Everything we hold that is connected to your account, including:

  • Your login: email address and authentication record
  • Your profile: username, display name, avatar, bio, country and settings
  • Your collection: cards, quantities, purchase prices, wishlist, favourites and personal notes
  • Your community activity: posts, photos, comments, reactions, bookmarks and saved posts
  • Your private messages and the conversations they belong to
  • Your social graph: follows, followers and blocked users
  • Price alerts and notification preferences
  • Your device push tokens
  • Scan history, centering results and collection health scores
  • Search history and in-app assistant usage
  • Feedback, support tickets and feature requests you submitted
  • Uploaded image files: your avatar and any photos attached to your posts

Deletion runs as a single operation. If any part of it fails, none of it is applied and nothing is partially removed — you can simply try again.

What is not deleted, and why

Subscription and payment records

MINTD does not store payment details or purchase records. Subscriptions are handled by Apple, Google and our subscription provider RevenueCat, and the transaction records live with them. Deleting your MINTD account does not cancel an active subscription and does not erase those records, which those companies retain under their own policies and applicable tax law.

To cancel a subscription, use Manage Subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account. To ask about data held by those providers, contact them directly.

Content that is no longer yours

If you reported a post or a user, the report may remain with the moderation record while it is being handled. It no longer identifies you once your account is removed.

Server logs

Routine technical logs, such as error traces, may briefly contain identifiers before they expire on their normal schedule. They are not used to rebuild a profile and are not linked back to a deleted account.
